NBC’s The Voice Finalist, Cáthia, Announces Debut Album
Cáthia set to release her first album, produced by Dante Lattanzi
New York, NY (I-Newswire) July 30, 2013 –Fresh off her participation on Season 4 of The Voice, Top 16 finalist, Cáthia, is now in the recording studio with accomplished music producer and composer Dante Lattanzii of Caelum Music Production working on her debut album.
Described as an artist who could “take the world by storm” by former coach, Shakira, the 19-year-old Bronx native is gearing to break into the music industry with the support of her ever-growing fan base. Using the popular crowd-funding site, Indiegogo, Cáthia has built a campaign that will get her fans involved by allowing them to have a part in funding the album. Since launching this campaign, Cáthia has actively engaged her social media followers across various platforms.The record will be released at the end of the year. In her campaign video, Cáthia gives us a sneak peak at her debut single, “Without You,” which is currently available for purchase on iTunes, Amazon Music and other digital music retailers.
“I really look up to innovative artists like Bruno Mars and Jessie J for creative inspiration – I want to create pop music with Latin and Soul influences,” Cáthia said in a recent interview.
