Matt Kent is a New York-born, London-based artist known for his soulful voice and genre-blending musical style.

Matt is gaining international recognition for his innovative approach to performance and songwriting.
His groundbreaking TikTok series, Turning Classical Music into Pop Songs, has garnered over 40 million views and a devoted following of more than 300,000.
This success led to a collaboration with Searchlight Pictures and ByteDance for the feature film Chevalier. Kent’s single Lacrimosa, released with Grammy-nominated producer Dante Lattanzi’s management company, has achieved over 13 million streams.
Kent has appeared on BBC Radio and Virgin, further solidifying his reputation. He co-wrote the song “Fly to You” with Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Daisy Chute and was featured on Ian Shaw’s award-winning album Greek Street Friday
in the duet “Years”.
Kent’s partnership with pianist Liv Lester has led to captivating performances at iconic venues like Ronnie Scott’s, Madison Square Garden, and The Bitter End. Recently named Yamaha Music London Ambassador for 2025, Kent is working on his debut album, to be released in 2025.
